We offer two dental plans. You can choose between a DHMO or a PPO Plan.

All full time employees who have completed their 90-day initial employment period are eligible for paid vacation. After one year of continuous employment employees are eligible for 5 days; after 2 years 10 days; after 5 years 15 days; and after 15 years with J.J. Taylor, employees are eligible for 20 days of vacation.
J.J. Taylor provides non-exempt, hourly employees up to 56 hours of sick/personal time per year that can be used upon completion of 90 day initial employment period.
J.J. Taylor observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
J.J. Taylor matches 50% of an employee's contributions up to 10% of the employee's salary beginning the first day of employment.
As part of our commitment to the advancement of our team members, we offer employees tuition reimbursement after 1 year of full time continuous employment with the company.
